Crazy how Kanye is gonna get hate for this even though he’s not involved with any of these estimates

"Yeezy Gap has brought in no revenue, let alone any profits. Who knows if the line will be popular. Maybe another hip-hop star will create the next trendy sneaker in a year or two, and Yeezys will be old news."

man this will age so bad

man once Da Baby's shoe hit shelves it's over for Kanye

Very funny that the writer just described a valuation

Also, I hate comparing the two, but will since it’s been a big conversation point recently. Jay and Kanye are both billionaires, awesome. Jay is close to Ye in value, cool. I just feel like it’s two different levels though. I find so much more respect for Kanye and cheer on his success because he’s in industries that will truly transform a lot of things in our everyday lives and the more he makes, the more he can create on a grandiose level. Housing, tech, clothing, etc. on the other hand, Jay is rich off stuff like cigar deals and champagne deals. He has Tidal, but I doubt he actually is very involved.

It’s not even that tbh. It’s the fact that Ye’s public portfolio has literally ZERO diversity and he’s managed to become so f***ing rich off of it. Like 60% of his assets are products or product designs, and whatever isn’t property is entertainment IP (music, movies)

Mans is doing the impossible, you’re not supposed to get this rich like that lmao

this reminds me of how Ye wqs talking about the negative connotations of a “Rapper”

  • Mar 18, 2021

Anyone also find it weird how all these articles keep mentioning the fact that even though he's worth xxxx amount that doesn't mean he has that much in his bank account

I never see them do this for other people 😂

  • Mar 18, 2021

Remember when Kanye called a Forbes writer a white supremacist and leaked his number on twitter

Only to get locked out of twitter and had to call Jack to get him back
