I'm actually at this race rn, first one I been to. They knocked like a full second off the best time we saw in practice. F***ing crazy. Awesome crowd
Verstappen vs Russell into the first corner, nothing will ever go wrong
Jorge can’t start. Max will have him passed before t1

Excited to see who loses their front wing, then what other driver loses 5 positions when they get stuck behind them after one spins out
anyone else feel this peaked in 2021
21 was a banger year yeah. Last couple have been bad but this year has been pretty good. New Regs next year so I’m hopeful the field is a little more competitive or more breakdowns

It's honestly been amazing. I have no comparison for other races but the city of Montreal really embraces the whole weekend, and being at the track the whole weekend is sick to see how everything builds up and plays out through practice and even just like the team garages hanging out getting ready.
They have more s*** set up around the whole track than you know what to do with, but hanging at the track itself for all the events and chilling with the crowd is really cool. It's like the reactions in this thread but you're seeing it right in front of you and vibing with everyone else as it happens. Really fun energy.
The prices of everything is pretty brutal, and the crowds are crazy when you're trying to get around, but everything else is like surreal. I have no idea when I'll be able to get to another race but absolutely worth doing at least once to see it all in person.
What time is the race
2pm est
