they're having a hearing today (friday) where apparently things will be decided. the car launch is next thursday and they don't want this looming over the event so we'll probably know by monday or tuesday i'd guess

not yet. according to the bbc the hearing ended without a resolution. the race is saying that it's unlikely that we get an answer before the car launch too. whole situation is strange
