this is going to sound crazy lmao, but if I'm not mistaken this is how it works:

there's three different locations that a phone may ring (picked randomly), and then they you will hear a message in russian telling you, after a little song, three numbers in russian, let's say 8-7-6, then you will have to search for telephones 8, 7 and 6 (YouTube, google) and use them in that order. After that, you go to a secret bunker located near the Military Base that you can only enter if you did all this, inside there will be a new MP7 over a table that if you pick, will unlock it as a gun for your class.

That’s what I was thinking, I think Epic said it took 2-3 months to prep the Trav concert so idk if there’s been enough time to prepare unless Drake has been deadset on dropping in the summer for awhile now
