Yes, confirmed. They've sent OG content creators like SypherPK or Ninja goodie bags that basically confirm we're getting the OG map, starting with the season 5 map and then changing every week until we reach season X, it will last for about a month or so.
The battlepass will be classic chapter 1 skins like the werewolf or red knight, but updated and remixed.
They're disabling mantling and sprinting, bringing back OG weapons like the pump and tac shotgun all along with their OG animations (can't wait to one-pump someone with the OG animation pulling the pump out of the back
)
All OG assets are coming back, like the OG sky, OG sound effects, etc.S*** is looking glorious and amazing, and I'm hyped like a little f***ing kid

yeah, im kinda hoping the month or so is like a test and we'll get the OG maps back in some kinda mode that we can select whenever we want
because a week per season / a month for the whole chapter 1 will fly by

They can still do their updating s*** but keep a classic mode available for the people that want it

Well there’s a ton of people like me that don’t really play at all anymore and will definitely be playing the old map, and would be likely to play it past this month
