I f***ing love this map hope they keep it forever or at least give us options to play different season maps, new maps is one of the reason I stopped playing.
Also this battle pass is horrendous.

Because you maybe get 5 good teams per match. It's so easy to get into the top ten. Then you run into a squad that's 10x better than everyone else you faced so far. This season definitely brought back the sweats too.

Yep, that's why I think this map is their greatest ever.

No dumb gimmicks, no cluttered biomes, just a bunch of smaller POIs with a couple of bigger ones, some great places that are unnamed on the map, cool mix of desert, snow (when it comes in in a few weeks) and valley-like biomes. Plenty of higher ground and open spaces so you can camp or rush, depending what's your playstyle like. Just a simple, straight-forward battle royale map and that's it.

Chapter 2 is a close second, IMO, but that's more because of nostalgia.

I think it's a cool battle pass for what it is, this isn't a full-fledged season. Aside from the dumb banana skin, the rest are pretty cool, especially Renegade Lynx, which might be one of the best BP skins ever, tbh.

Been playing zero build when I'm playing solos to avoid sweating as much as I can, and build when I'm running duos or trios with my homies.
Ironically, I haven't been able to catch a dub in zero build, but already have 4 or 5 in build lmao

I remember back when I started playing this and I used to basically lose my skills if I took a break for a day or two. Before the OG season I hadn’t played for like two months and I’m even faster on the controller than when I left. So satisfying to see the improvement.

Why are there only 4 skins I can buy at a time? I went to the store the other day and there was a 11 skin and some other items but thats it. I remember Fortnite used to have a whole menu where you keep scrolling and there were way more skins

I been at 850 for a while and just want 950 to maybe buy a BP. I though eventually in-game i'd earn it as a reward or something cuz i'm pretty sure I have gotten v-bucks rewards before that I claimed.

Item Shop: The item shops are usually way bigger and even let you scroll down to see more items, but you just happened to join the game a few days after they (temporarily) reverted back to the OG Fortnite map and OG Item shop design which had way less items in store. This is just part of the Old school Fortnite themed season/chapter that is currently live.

V-Bucks: Only way for you to get more V-Bucks is either to buy V-Bucks with real money or claim V-Buck rewards from the Battle Pass (which is currently called the OG Pass) if you have the adequate level to claim the V-Buck reward. Some/or all rewards may require you to actually purchase the Battle Pass (OG Pass) in order to claim the rewards that are part of it.

Gifting skins: You can only gift skins from the Item Shop while they are actually in the Item shop. This means that when the Item is available in the shop, you can choose to either Buy it for yourself or Gift it to a friend if you have been friends for at least 48 hours. You cannot gift skins from your own locker (as in you cannot give one of your skins away to a friend). You can only gift a skin by directly choosing the "Gift to friends" option while the skin is in the shop.

Zero Build is tough. If you get caught lacking it’s real tough to survive the encounter. First shot wins a lot in Zero build. And you have to have an acute awareness of defense and defensive tactics.
