Reality shows just got big and they were greenlighting anything , that’s why you had so many shows coming out

They were shoddily built and the costs to maintain and insure were a lot for the owners so a lot of them ended up getting sold off/abandoned

There’s a video on youtube of some car enthusiast buying a modded junker from the show and reviving it, it’s cool
