quality on those price points vary wildly.

i recommend going to a sephora and nordstroms and testing a bunch of frags and acquiring free samples from there. so that way you can smell good without spending money and still be able to experiment with what you like.

and instead of spending money on many cheapies that will suck, save up for some slightly more expensive frags that will be worth keeping.
