I assume you are talking about pre-2020 Dior Homme (now labeled Dior Homme Originale)?

Personally, I prefer the Dior. More creative and unique imo. Prada is fresher and more accessible for people who are not really into fragrances that much. Very different scents that don’t really share much aside from the iris note.

Also, the Prada is probably more versatile and can be worn year around, whereas the Dior is probably too much in high heat
