What do you recommend for somebody new to colognes? All I have is Ysl homme

Depending on your budget probably Bleu de Chanel, Chanel allure homme sport extreme, Dolce Gabbana the One, Dolce gabbana light blue intense, Prada Luna Rossa carbon, Versace Dylan Blue

Of course the more you get into this game/hoby the more money you'll spend

ysl y edp, mont blanc explorer, armani stronger with you (intensely), prada luna rossa black etc. are great. I like the one, light blue intense & carbon from Colts list aswell.

Best is to go to stores when possible and try a bunch of fragrances. (Sidenote dont try too many b2b because after a while your nose gets tired and everything smells the same)

I went to Macy’s today but couldn’t try anything without a worker spraying it all for me lol. Worst time to pick out colognes given the current climate but I think I’m gonna try Mont Blanc and ysl edp

I panic bought a bunch of colognes last year because I thought this company that makes legit smelling clones would be closing down Now I have to get through about 50 ml of Invictus, 20 ml of ADG and 80 ml of GIT in two months because I have other fragrances I think would work far better than them in Autumn and Winter I'm sick of using Invictus as my everyday fragrance

Sauvage got me some unsolicited compliments. A girl once said I smell good when I wore Le Male. They'll probably love Eros too, haven't really been able to test because I bought during lockdown and haven't been out much. And apparently ADG is good for girls (think it has a note in it that is scientifically proven to trigger arousal)

I keep them in a drawer with minimal sunlight but I'd rather just cop new bottles than use bottles I've had for over a year. Still have about 5 ml of Fahrenheit I bought in like 2018 and I feel like a bit of the opening is gone
