What’s the best sandalwood frags by Montale & Mancera?
None.
If you are looking for a nice (and not so expensive) sandalwood go for Santal Du Pacifique from Perris Montecarlo.
That one is very balanced. Not too woody, not too dry, not too milky.
Santal Majuscule by Lutens is another that is not very pricey.
If you prefer something woody and dry: Sandalo by Etro and Sandalo by Lorenzo Villoresi
On the other hand if you want something creamier and sweet: Santal Austral by Matiere Premiere (Sandalwood + Iris), Piano Santal by L'Orchestre de Parfums.
PS: If you want something a lil' bit frutty Gris Charnel (Fig+Sandalwood`+Cedar) and if you prefer something spicy Santal Noir by Maitre Parfumeur et Gantier.

Real been trying to get my hands on Gris Charnel for a bit.. Also will check out Santal Austral, I love Iris as a note too so, perfect
SOTD.. is surprisingly.. Oud Satin Mood this s*** made me throw up last year, but found my sample & it’s kinda bussin in this earlier, cooler Canadian summer vibe can probably rock it till early June here tbh, Canada a cheat code when it comes to winter frags

Thanks for the welcome fam!
Would you say those 3 are your favourite MFK's?

Yep. I also like Amyris Homme Extrait, Gentle Fluidity Silver and Acqua Universalis but not enough to buy them.
His ouds are ok, a little bit sharp for my taste (OSM barely smell like oud thats why I like it).
I want to try the new ''colognes forte'' and see what he did with those.
''A la Rose'' was a little letdown for me. I mean it's nice, but there are more interesting roses out there.
PS: I almost forgot about Absolue Pour le Soir, that was a monster. Animalic honey with a ton of benzoin. I think he discontinued that one cause he didn't sell it well. Was a really good frag but very daring, smelled like piss in the opening. I have a decant of that one.

Man I love Grand Soir so much. Went from not liking it at all to loving it over the years. Amyris Extrait is great too but I don't know if I like it enough to buy also. The blue one from the cologne forte line smells really good for a fresh fragrance. I love l'homme a la rose. Really shines when I use it in warm weather. It's kinda like if you took Sauvage and turned it into a warm weather fresh rose fragrance. Obviously not the most interesting rose, but I dont think that was his goal. Not a huge fan of his oud fragrances either, I'd rather get something like Initio Oud For Greatness though that one doesnt have much oud either
The collections in OP keep growing
Let me know if someone else wants his picture added
SOTD:
L'Air du Desert Marocain by Tauer Perfumes
I got a sample of this a while back and it spray it on every few months and it blows my mind.
Smells like a sandy desert market or something
Everyone needs to try this one. Scent amazing. Performance amazing.
Might cop a full bottle, which is rare for me lately

What TF's would you say hes missing? Maybe Tuscan Leather or Lost Cherry. Rest is pretty meh. There's better alternatives to TV and Oud Wood too imo

Oud for greatness is fantastic, I had a bottle but it wasn't exactly my type of oud (I prefer the dirty/''barnyardy'' ones) anyways, it's a croudpleaser and a really good performer. The oud + saffron and vetiver makes it mature and distinguished and that sweet note makes it suitable for more casual ocasions. I can see why it gets so much love.
If you like light roses for men, you might like Manrose by Etro, is a nice combo of bergamot, a ''transparent'' rose and leather.
