I've never understood cologne on the wrists, but that's just me.

I believe it’s because when you shake hands for e.g it will come a whiff. Or if you know you’re gonna move around your hands a lot

Back of neck and front of neck/chest imo. Behind the ears a good spot too, but probably not worth it if you only doing two sprays

The bend of your elbow > wrist. I feel like it rubs off quickly on your wrists
