Whattup fam! Finally copped that club de nuit EDP Smell v similar to AC but does wear off fairly soon.

All Saints' Incense City is the nicest cheap fragrance on the market currently. Also been wearing Cartier L'Envol and a bunch of Kurkdjian fragrances lately.

Okay so as someone who doesn't regularly wear fragrances, how the f*** do you even know where to start with this s***? Been meaning to look into it but like deadass all my friends just wear s***ty ass cologne and don't bother with that stuff

I was in this position about a year ago. Went with some of my girls to the store and picked up Sauvage and YSL La Nuit. Users here will likely recommend you something so you could check it out and see what you like.

I’ve switched to oils, they last longer and they’re cheaper. Jimmy Choo, Panty Dropper, Aventus, the list goes on. Compliments every goddamn day

• Go to a fragrance store a bunch of times (nordstorms, sephora, saks fifth avenue etc), try everything out (not too many at once because after a while everything starts smelling the same; your nose burns out) and develop a taste of what genres/notes u prefer.

• Get samples/decants and live with them for a while to see if you actually love it or not before getting a full bottle (from websites like MyFragranceSamples.com or Basenotes: Fragrance Splits Board. You can also ask for free samples at Nordstroms and Sephora)

• Watch youtube reviews from people like imagine scents, gent scents, demi rawling, chaos fragrances, dracdoc, big beard business etc. so you know which ones sound interesting to you, so you can try them out aswell.

Think about things that smell good to you

Fruits?
Flowers?
Even food ingredients - vanilla? Chocolate? Cinnamon?

Narrow it down from there and please buy what YOU like

Not yet, I’ve got a sample of it which will last me about 10-15 times and after that I’ll probably buy it. Wore it once and it really smells like the Mac velvet teddy I’ve got but it’s much deeper after it dries down
