Theyre just clones/replicas in oil form. Not saying theyre bad but they'll never be able to fully replicate what master perfumers and the big fragrance/flavour companies come up with. Bunch of chemists and r&d people work for companies like Givaudan, Firmenich, IFF, Symrise. They create captive ingredients nobody else can use and also spend time on innovations like Trail Air technology, which is what they made Drakes candles with.

Those oils can last longer because they make em more concentrated/no alcohol, but that also means that they project less/stay close to skin: "The role of alcohol in any fragrance is to boldly project the fragrance; without the alcohol no one would be able to smell the perfume except for you."

is bleu de chanel or dior fahrenheit better (i know they have different notes in them), but i see people rave about bleu de chanel and I thought it smelled pretty mid. havent tried fahrenheit yet.

Bleu de chanel smells like axe bodywash. Nothing crazy but it did start a trend of "blue" fragrances. Cant really remember Fahrenheit, its more oldschool though. Came out in 1988
