Its like they took Aventus 18B11 and rebottled it. Aventus has a certain structure to its scent & Loewe has managed to get that exact feel here somehow.

I cannot stand it, its in everything, and im not into sweet stuff at all, really not trying to smell like a cake or something similar. I like to stick to herbs, woods and white flowers mostly. Also vanilla can get too thick and be too much, i love the Hermessence line, cause its so transparent and it doesnt get cloying as some heavy ambers and vanillas can do.

Hmm that's weird, wasn't paying attention earlier, but just checked my sample of enigma and the liquid is clear, surely it should be golden/brown??

What's the difference between the Enigma Pour Homme and the one you got?

Same scent different concentration essentially. Theres the original Parfum (extrait) and the newer Parfum Cologne (which is edp concentration but made to smell more like an eau de cologne by adding citruses to the composition). Parfum Cologne has more of an added freshness to the scent. Extrait is a little deeper/thicker, more rum and sweeter. I used to like the extrait more but nowadays my preference goes to the Parfum Cologne because its more fizzy and more wearable. Both perform great, extrait is probably a little closer to the skin while the Parfum Cologne projects more
