Those two are basically the "same thing", but the second one is pure perfume, much higher concentration. Wouldn't recommend buying that tbh, just get the EDP version, cheaper and you get more value.
In Europe, i can find a 75ml bottle for about $150 on parfumo from time to time, which is hard to pass

because it’s all natural they are all moderate projection + longevity

ngl tho they have maybe like 3 distinct scents that they do like slight variations of for their entire line so sampling their products is kinda underwhelming/disappointing cause most of their s*** kinda smells the same but i fw their floral leaning scents and still have maybe like 2-3 i wanna buy from them but that will prolly be it.

A lot of roses fit more towards cold weather but theres also an entire genre of fresh rose scents
