I have Aventus from 2010 that still smells amazing. Im sure its base-heavier compared to when it first got released as some of the citrus disappears/goes bad, but that dark dense smokiness mixed with some syrupy pineapple is crazy

i asked the perfume company and they said one expires after 2 years and other after 5 years

expire prolly isn’t the best word i’m sure it will still smell good but just not the same (?)

i love grand soir it’s a beautiful ambery vanilla scent and if someone was wearing it i’d want to hold them very tight. i’m sampling amyris homme extrait and it’s a light airy amyris iris and vanilla scent. the kind of guy i can think of wearing it is someone who’s well put together both in his appearance and how he’s leading his life. he has a firm a handshake and a trusting smile, people like the guy that wears amyris. when he walks in people say “oh he’s here!” and introduce their cousin to him. some other people might’ve tried some of their other scents or see from the descriptions on their site of what you like

Received my samples of Parfums de Marly layton/herod, tom ford ombre leather and tobacco vanille, escentric molecules 01. Ranking them i'd prob go
1. Layton
2. Herod
3. TV, was disappointed by this one
4. Molecule 01? couldn't really smell it
5. Ombre leather, smelled like paint to me

I only really buy samples now unless I see a good deal on something I want

Do you guys spray your cologne on skin or clothing? Cos some of mine are starting to stain some of my shirts

I sprayed BR540 Extrait on my hoodie once, and it smelled like that for 3 months

So now I only spray on skin

tried angel's share again today to see if maybe the first time around it just didn't connect w me (has happened before), and i stg i can't be the only one who just thinks it smells like this

i don't smell anything else it smells more like apple to me than the actual apple brandy by kilian
