So I get extremely drowsy throughout the day

And when I do fall asleep,

I wake up feeling so REALLY drowsy, my jaw hurts from clenching, and I grind my teeth as well.

Fragrances weren’t my first thought, or even on my mind.

Eventually I made the correlation that it could be the case. I’ve brought it up in this thread a few times over the years.

But I thought something more serious could be wrong until I went to my doctor and asked if it could be fragrances since I am very into the hobby.

He said I could be allergic to a chemical used in them and it’s blocking my sinuses or something like that, causing me to struggle breathing through my nose when I’m asleep. Idk man.

I am fragrances free today and I’m feeling better today.

I kinda hope this is the problem though, because I don’t want to have to go back for more testing and find out there is something even more wrong with me
