by getting a science degree and going to perfume school

You can experiment with parfumerie companies online. If you’re in the states, you could try WAFT for example, and they’ll choose your notes & send it to you and s***. I’m in Toronto luckily so we just got perfumeries downtown.

But don’t approach these companies asking for a partnership/distribution. They’ll rip your formula and fk you probably. You’ll need your own lab, supply & ingredients. + getting all those s***s regulated.
