Was looking on Xerjoff site to get the sample kit. You can pick 4 but not sure what to get other than Nio as already own bottle of Naxos

Only tried Naxos, Erba Pura and Nio

personal favorites of mine (no specific order):
starlight - warm, creamy cinnamon and cardamom
decas - fresh, resinous orange and tobacco w/ vanilla musk
cruz del sur - tropical mango & guava w/ cedar
la capitale - sweet strawberry and leather w/ saffron and amber
Iommi Monkey Special - odd fruity rum and woody leather
Golden Dallah - complex, spicy coffee oud and incense
Alexandria II - classy woody scent with a underlying crispness
Uden - complex citrus underlayed by rum, coffee, and oud
Mamluk - animalic mix of honey and amber

I didn't mind Pas Ce Soir, even if it's a relative simple white floral scent (not my favorite genre of scent in general). i liked the base notes a lot on it if anything.
The extrait seems to be more of a "remix" of the scent than a traditional extrait. The notes are very distinct from the EDP version; they seem to have added cocoa extract, pear, and more citrus as top notes, and then also added vanilla and ambroxan as base notes. I'm intrigued because the note combinations seem distinctive vs the base version. Whenever the local niche store gets it I'll have to sample there.
