Thinking of getting PDM Percival, any opinions before I pull the trigger

its not a bad scent but for what it offers it is definitely kind of overpriced vs a lot of other pdm fragrances. imo there are better options for the type of "blue" scent they're going for with it. ive always heard that the new formulations for it have terrible longevity but i cant vouch for that.

SOTD : Aventus Cologne

i have a decant of a recent batch and enjoy it. it’s a high quality mass appealing scent. it performs well idk how good the old batches were but i get a full night out of it. it smells like a more citrusy higher quality abercrombie fierce which i like. the issue is it’s not really what parfums de marly is the best at and you can get a great frag in the same family for a lot less money but it’s really good safe and people are gonna think you smell good but it’s kind of anonymous

Which frags in the pdm line smell similar. I got testers for Layton and Percival and smelt Carlisle in store, if there are better options I'm open to trying

I think the blue scents from Bulgari are probably the best (disclaimer; I am not a huge blue scent guy)
