yes. just use any unscented lotion. even frederic malle has propagated for this in his Q&A when you feel like you're getting bad performance from your fragrance. it's either that or using a lotion with the same scent as your fragrance

you've either become anosmic to the fragrance or your skin's dry so it doesn't perform as well.
