Just got back from my road trip to go see Frank at Coachella. Went with 3 ppl. 1 went to see Gordo because wasn’t a big Frank fan and didn’t want to end the weekend on “sad songs”. To each their own. Frank did show up an hour late. Frank did lowkey troll throughout the set. Had the ice skaters walk in circles for what felt like 10 minutes before he actually came out. Pauses in between every song. Ended abruptly “hey guys they’re saying it’s curfew so that’s the end g.night”. Took a minute to process after it actually happened. Everyone stayed thinking he was trolling again but I was right next to the production crew or whoever the guys are in the center. They were even visibly angry very quick at that. I don’t know if I’m just a super fan but it was on my bucket list to see Frank live and he was up there for an hour which is about the same time as the non headliners. 3 nights have past and I still think what I got was magical. I heard white Ferrari live which is one of my favs from him. I’m not sure I would do it twice given the chance but I will say I’m appreciative of what I did get. I’ll always love Frank because of the talent and I know I would be heartbroken if I had week 2 tickets because idg any f***s for blink. I was watching kaytray while they were on stage that Friday. Heard him sing his heart out to Chanel too. The other 2 ppl who watched with me were mad mad. I’m lowkey aware I got fleeced but I still feel like I got a W here. When he drops the album whenever he decides to nothing will matter and Coachella will still ask him to come back. Just wanted to share a lil of how I felt from my experience.
