Shake truly is in a godawful deal that’s insane. Kind of s***ty that Fred didn’t try to contact her on IG or anything in addition to clearing through the legal routes though. Idk I feel like I’d be a bit thrown if that happened to me esp since it’s lyrics from one of her existing songs

Edit: actually, I’m really not sure about this the more I think about it. This song’s been known about and discussed on the internet for months since the BR set, not to mention I’m pretty sure Fred had tagged her in the IG stories he had using Nice To Have leading up to the release. Very weird thing to lie about if so but I kinda find it hard to believe she didn’t see any of the “yo @​fred @​shake where’s the song” posts at the very least
