my theater had a 10:50pm CST start time listed, run time listed but when you tried to add tickets it glitched. Its down now

Dec 7, 2021·2 repliesJust a heads up, if you previously exchanged your tickets, you can exchange them AGAIN for even better seats (just has to be equal or greater value). Just did it yesterday and now my seats are literally right in front of the stage

OG seats were $300 each, exchanged them for seats in section 125, and then exchanged them again for 105B. Don't know however if you're still able to do it since it's 3 days until the concert, but never hurts to try
