I think after the Saint Pablo cancellation he still isn't able to do a full scale, LN promoted cross country tour a la most artists. Hence this event being self promoter by "Donda Concerts" or whatever it was called. Whether or not this show makes any money at all will determine how many performances Kanye does in the next year Imo.
