You sit in jail while they do it all over again. How is talking about an indictment that's been released publicly "being cops"? I really don't understand some of y'all sometimes.
Someone reaching out to you about a murder is a crime if any steps are taken to commit the crime or a crime is actually committed. How can you say the evidence is flimsy when we literally haven't and can't see the evidence? There's a lot of charges. If he goes to trial and even one sticks, it could be significant time. The trial will probably take a few years though and he probably won't get bond. Anyway free all of them. Hopefully they're not in there long and can be with their families and continue to make music.well tbf, I wrote that before I read about the specific d*** charges that include Thug and Gunna. those are serious charges.
I still think the way the call about YFN is worded is flimsy and obviously the stuff about wearing chains and lyrics is also flimsy.
and I disagree that Fulton County is a hard county for Blacks to win cases in comparison to other counties in the country.
and yeah, if one juror disagrees and you get a mistrial, you go free. they can for sure try again, but if you have money to afford the new reduced bail amount (which Thug would absolutely have), you will not sit in jail while you await that next trial.
but yeah, I agree that I hope the best for these men who were born into bad circumstance and have turned themselves into reputable men who do good in their communities

It’s like the feds made an arrangement with the big labels and said “hey, if you help us with catching these dudes we’ll let you keep the profits you made off them while stripping them of their money.”
I think the feds and the labels conspired against all these artists that been getting arrested lately.
The possibility is very that this is what’s going on,especially with the fact that Hip Hop has become so mainstream. Explains the almost non-existent push for discovering more positive artist and labels literally signing known criminals. It’s all a setup disguised as a new lease on life.
