So is it just Thugger that's in the pen currently, or are any of the other accused locked up now?

Girl you know nothing, stop getting giddy

btw these numbers are somewhat based off the Tekashi 69 RICO case. I didnt pull them out of thin air.

Mel Murda and Shotti were the "ringleaders" in that case. They got 69 to snitch to strengthen their case. They might do the same and ask Gunna and other YSL affiliates to cooperate and testify against Thug.

Shotti got 15 years (5 for the 2018 armed robbery in the lobby of the G-Unit office building of 6ix9ine’s mentor-turned-rival Scumlord D!zzy and a Rap-A-Lot affiliated rapper named Junya Boy + 10-year sentence in connection to the Barclays Center shooting.)

Mel Murda got 11 years for racketeering and narcotic distribution.

If those dudes got 10+, Young Thug could get the same thing.

The main difference between that case and this case is that someone died and it looks like they have some strong evidence connecting it to Thug (rented car).

He'll be lucky to get 15 years.

I'm a Young Thug fan too.

The whole Rich Gang era was classic. Still bumping That Tour Part 1

but that nigga is stupid for some of the s*** he was doing.

I've been monitoring some of the beef with him and YFN Lucci and the only thing I was thinking is these dudes move and talk too reckless.

I have no sympathy for these guys. Get these gang members off the street. They are a threat to the community.

No one is above the law including your favorite artist.

That's usually the maximum penalty when your the ringleader

    Heres what the DA said:

"During a press conference on May 10, Fulton County DA Fani Willis stated that the people indicted in this case could be facing life imprisonment. “There are definitely many people that are looking at life under this indictment,” she said. “These are serious times, they are serious allegations, and it is my opinion that violence in our community deserves maximum penalties.”

yeah but maximum penalty is 20 years for conspiracy to violate State of Georgia version of RICO

you right he'd be lucky to get 15 BUT he's not being given separate murder charge, it's just the single RICO count and another "gang activities" charge so there's no maximum sentence of life in prison involved

  • May 11, 2022

the dudes who actually got hit with the murder charge for killing Big Nut -- JAVARIS BRADFORD, AKA TUDA; JUSTIN COBB, AKA DUWAP; DEAMONTE KENDRICK, AKA YAK GOTTI; DEMISE MCMULLEN, AKA NARD; SHANNON STILLWELL, AKA SHANNON JACKSON, AKA SB -- these dudes are f***ed if the murder charge is proven, but for the purposes of this indictment, Thug is only named in connection for the purposes of proving the RICO charge and the "PARTICIPATION IN CRIMINAL STREET GANG ACTIVITY" charge

    Scratchin Mamba

    What are these gang activities

    its basically another conspiracy charge

the charge is "PARTICIPATION IN CRIMINAL STREET GANG ACTIVITY O.C.G.A §16-15-4(d)"

which says "(d) It shall be unlawful for any person who occupies a position of organizer, supervisory position, or any other position of management or leadership with regard to a criminal street gang to engage in, directly or indirectly, or conspire to engage in criminal gang activity."

they basically say that as a YSL ringleader he engaged in or conspired to engage in "MURDER, AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, ARMED ROBBERY, HIJACKING A MOTOR VEHICLE, SALE OF MARIJUANA, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, THEFT BY RECEIVING A FIREARM, and POSSESSION OF A WEAPON BY A CONVICTED FELON"

idk how they prove this charge id have to look into it more

looked into it and yea u right. The life in prison is actually for the Feds.

"If you are convicted of racketeering under the federal RICO Act, you could be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison for each count of racketeering, or, if the RICO charges include any predicate crimes that are punishable by life imprisonment, such as murder, you could be sentenced to life in prison."

The maximum for the RICO is 20 years in Georgia and the maximum participation in criminal street gang activity is 15 years

"(a) It shall be unlawful for any person employed by or associated with a criminal street gang to conduct or participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of any offense enumerated in paragraph (1) of Code Section 16-15-3. Any person who violates subsection (a), (b), or (c) of this Code section shall, in addition to any other penalty imposed by law, be punished by imprisonment for not less than five nor more than 15 years or by a fine of not less than $10,000.00 nor more than $15,000.00, or both"

So the maximum he could get is 35 years.

The DA said she wants the maximum but I think Thug will honestly take a plea deal for 10-15 years.

i guess all they have to prove is that
    1) YSL is a gang
    2) he is a leader
    3) he was involved in the commission of any single one of those crimes

    pretty bleak for thugger

Bernie the type of nigga to plead insanity

After being arrested in Berlin, Kamo received a note from Krasin through his lawyer Oscar Kohn telling Kamo to feign insanity so that he would be declared unfit to stand trial.3335 To demonstrate his insanity, Kamo refused food, tore his clothes, tore out his hair, attempted suicide by hanging himself, slashed his wrists, and ate his own excrement.3437 In order to make sure that Kamo was not faking his condition, German doctors stuck pins under his nails, struck him in the back with a long needle, and burned him with hot irons, but he did not break his act.36 After all of these tests, the chief doctor of the Berlin asylum wrote in June 1909 that "there is no foundation to the belief that Kamo is feigning insanity. He is without doubt mentally ill, is incapable of appearing before a court, or of serving sentence. It is extremely doubtful that he can completely recover."39

In 1909, Kamo was extradited to a Russian prison where he continued to feign insanity.33 In April 1910, Kamo was tried for his role in the Tiflis robbery.41 At trial, Kamo continued to act insane by ignoring the proceedings and instead openly feeding a pet bird that he had snuck into the proceedings in his shirt.41 The trial was suspended while officials examined Kamo's sanity.41 The court eventually found that he was sane when he committed the Tiflis robbery, but was presently mentally ill and should be confined until he recovered.43

In August 1911, after feigning insanity for more than three years, Kamo escaped from the psychiatric ward of the Tiflis prison by sawing through his window bars and climbing down a homemade rope.
