SilasBefore he was facing 35 years max (conspiracy to violate the RICO act and participation in criminal street gang activity)
They added 7 additional charges after they found d**** and guns in his home
possession of marijuana with intent to distribute (10 years max)
possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (30 years max)
possession of firearm during commission of a felony (5 years max)
possession of sawed-off-shotgun, sawed-off rifle, machine gun, dangerous weapon or silencer (5 years max)
3 more charges of unlawful participation in criminal gang activity while employed by/associated with a criminal street gang (20 years each max)If he were to go to trial and get the max for all of these charges, he would get 110 years. Some of these charges he could beat but he would still get alot of time.
However, hes most likely taking a plea dea. This aint going to trial. I think he will take a deal for 10-15 years.

WRT809I feel you , but let’s be honest the whites in power never liked the influence that hip hop has on their children. So if you make it in the industry and aren’t a rapper like Kendrick, the influence you share can be positive and negative. YSL/ Thugger had a big influence in the last decade , not all of it was positive. I’m sure innocent kids not knowing any better joined gangs or affiliated themselves with it because of his influence. There’s a lot too it , I hear you though

Growing up on ye drake and tyler, thug was the artist that got me into atl hip hop back in 2014
To me he’s a person with many lanes who’s always preached self confidence. Thug or gunna or keed never made me wanna do some ignorant s*** lol
