They only charged thug with RICO which means they couldn’t find any eveidence tying him to any violent crimes. So instead they using his lyrics to say he’s a leader of this gang that’s also his brand.
That’s the only thing they charging him with. They didn’t present any evidence of him doing anything violent.
And they got even less evidence on gunna.

Not the same. Thug made gunna a millionaire and now gunna could take care of hlla families.
But because gunna signed to his label they taking that opportunity away. YSL has genuinely created jobs and fed people who would otherwise be on the street.

Nope. The judge just denied bond on his judgement. The prosecution didn’t have to present new eveidence.
That’s the problem here. A judge can just say “we think you will tamper with witness no bond”
