very rarely do people commit crimes for the sake of committing them

social, economic factors all play into that

and before you say "well thug and them are rich" thats not the point. even if you have money youre still accustomed to that environment and lifestyle

What’s your point though? Because they’re accustomed to it, they should just be allowed to do it forever?

Isnt the point of a trial to bring that all to light then make a decision

But when you’re at Thug and Gunna’s stature it’s no longer a necessity IMO

Realistically speaking what reasons do they have to continue in organized gang activity at this point in their lives?

I went to go read the coil’s version of this thread

And there’s a lot less arguing just off the strength they don’t got sympathy for niggas on this type time

And there’s a lot more facts about the upcoming being posted

So to answer 1 argument that’s been happening here, Gunna wasn’t given bond because the judge fears witness tampering from Gunna

And don’t act like that’s a stretch, dude is a millionaire

Thank you for being level headed with this s***. Some people were going crazy calling some people cop lovers like we all haven't read some of the evidence from this thread

    There’s no perfect solution unfortunately.

Are judges corrupt and might deny bond for a bullshit reason? Absolutely.

But that’s why the defense makes an argument, the prosecution makes an argument and then the judge has to decide.

It really comes down to the type of crime. If this was just selling d****, thug would be out most likely. It’s the violent crimes that they’ve been denied bond.

again, thats the environment and lifestyle they grew up in

no one is born a criminal lmao. suddenly making a bag off of rapping doesnt automatically mean you become a model citizen

especially in places like us where recidivism is all but encouraged

crimes are committed out of necessity.

I don’t really have an opinion on this case but I feel like this is more bootlicking than anything else itt

    when in poverty* at least

obviously there are crimes that get committed out of hate, greed, pride, revenge, because of unfair laws specifically targeting groups of people, etc. but street-related crimes like this happen because the person felt they had no choice

i’m not great with words, so please read the infographic here, specifically the “Sociological Theories” section of the grey part, to understand what i’m trying to say better

That’s what a RICO is brodie

They build the case against u and figure out where everyone ranks in the Gang

That’s why Gunna is not gettin bond, they think he’s a high ranking member
