Thug hasn’t been convicted yet tho so how we know somebody snitched ?
a proffer statement is when you talk to the authorities and anything you tell them can't directly be used against you
for example, let's say I am accused of killing someone. I could tell the police, in a proffer statement, where that person is buried. they can go and recover the body. they can't use the fact that i knew where the body was was buried against me
they can't even tell the family of the victim that I'm the one who told them. they can only say "we got a tip"
Jimmy Henchman confessed to setting up the Pac Quad Studios robbery in a proffer session
YSL members in the indictment and YSL members who aren't in the indictment have said in proffer sessions that they fear for their life at the hands of Thug
no, they're all innocent. they would never hurt a fly. clearly just systemic racism / institutional racism. targeting rappers. Rapsody, Tyler, and Earl next
If they're guilty they should be able to prove it in some other way than using rap lyrics

the lyrics aren't the proof. the lyrics are secondary
Decision doesn’t make sense to me
Judge didn’t explain why or how he expected flight risk. & how is the influence on witnesses different in being in home prison vs actual prison

How can you say that about Earl, someone you are seemingly a big fan of?

F*** you
you are a fan of Yeat. A Mexican-Romanian who appropriates black culture lol

Also true.

the access to a PJ scared the judge
but the proffer statements from YSL members in fear of their lives really is what did it

I was having a moment. Lil Durk is now the best rapper under 30 to me. But I would hide Earl in my own attic if authorities were looking for him

F*** you.
Also true.
wow. you must be a big fan of innocent rappers being targeted by police

shouldn't be used at all lmao
???
you are attacking me. you said "fuck you" simply because I said YSL was being wrongly / falsely imprisoned

ouch. ive been duped.
he's on the hating ass b**** list now
"Your honor I'd now like to explain why pussy niggas hold they nuts masturbating on you is actually gang terminology"
it was kinda obvious that the bond wasn't going to be accepted... right after the hearing a prosecutor asked for something off-mic and the judge replied "you really think i am that powerful" or something meaning like that. he probably got told from his "highers" to deny bond.
i was really in to see young thug's attorney and his defence which was really solid so at the end of the day i'm not expecting him doing 8-10+ years anymore. hoping on his release as soon as possible

I don't want to see anyone in prison, but it has been hilarious watching people treat these guys like they're f***ing Nelson Mandela... like they're political prisoners
outside of Akademiks, the same hip-hop commenters who say rappers need to stop self snitching in their music are now acting like YSL are poor, unlucky people who are being targeted for their lyrics
anyone who knows anyone in atlanta or anyone in music knows Thug and them been dropping s*** for years

no. you misinterpreted that
the thing the person asked was that defendants who don't yet have lawyers be assigned lawyers so that the prosecution can move forward with arraignment
the judge said that was out of his hands
this is like ... QAnon level conspiracy. like what you think Brian Kemp is telling the judge to keep Thug locked up? lol this was 100% in the judge's hands
the access to a PJ scared the judge
but the proffer statements from YSL members in fear of their lives really is what did it
I know that’s what he brought up but that’s future speculative evidence in the case & not relevant to this bond hearing
As for the private jet thing, he’d have 24 officers around his house, an ankle monitor, 24 hr video surveillance made available to the court / prosecution, phone monitor, passport surrendered etc.
also Kevin liles said that he’d wager his own & companies money to any amount on thug breaking the terms.
to me the judge didn’t make a fair call
