Potential danger to others - again, he’d be on acute house arrest with round the clock security and same train of thought regarding witness tampering

If he wanted to do any of those things, house arrest wouldn’t stop him. Not saying he would, I’m just saying you have to look at it from a risk assessment standpoint with these cases. Extremely high profile case with extremely high profile individuals.
To us, they are artists. To the state, they are mafia type.

The state haven’t provided evidence that Gunna is a threat to the public, or any other reason to deny bond.
By the law Gunna satisfies all the requirements for bond to be granted. The state is just alleging “he’s a leader of the gang” with no hard eveidence attached and the judge is for some reason agreeing with them.

The difference between the man who killed 3 officers is this is organized crime. Members of YSL have already tried making calls to destroy evidence from smuggled phones in jail and Gunna tried smuggling d**** in jail. They're more concerned with Gunna trying to silence witnesses or trying to get evidence destroyed because this is an ongoing case where they are trying to take down a whole criminal organization. I also feel like they are trying to keep all the members separated and broken behind bars so they can get more niggas to fold and snitch.
