dapagod1. YT has his own case with d*** charges and violent offenses. the ‘gang’ part of his charges are the least of his worries and likely something he will eventually plea down and cop to, no matter what his lawyer is saying now.
2. the only reason those guys ‘admitted YSL is a gang’ is bc those were essentially the only charges levied against them and as part of their special plea (Alford) to walk completely free they had to speak to those specific charges briefly in court as a formal part of the process. they had no other requirement as part of their release. and it has no effect on any other defendant bc it’s not real testimony, it’s a formality as part of a process to relieve both parties of responsibility and move forward without a case.
Isn't the "gang" part the whole foundation of a RICO case?
They're alleging he is the head of a criminal organization. So if they're admitting it to being a gang then that's it right there.

Easy. The case against gunna was probably the weakest RICO charge to ever exist(maybe Slimelife shawty was weaker)
Him taking a plea deal makes it so the state gets a successful conviction on their record.(that’s what they get in return)
And they don’t have to go to trial with gunna and his 5 millionaire lawyers that would make their case look weak because only 1 of 300 witness mention gunna and it’s in a positive light.

Because trial is going to last for 6-8 months. Nobody tryna sit in jail if they don’t have to. Also having to pay his lawyer team for a 6 month trial would exhaust his resources
