Of course there is going to be people who testify against him within the people included in the indictment. Slimelife, gunna, duke, unfoonk will not be any of these people. I think a lot of people are going to be surprised at this trial

No they took pleas that allow them to indefinitely live in the outside world if they adhere to their long probation periods. The prosecution just wanted some guilty pleas (Alford) as it will make the DA look good. The defence witnesses look a whole lot more reliable than some street dudes who were already doing time and trying anything to get out of prison. Even lil Wayne is a defense witness and that whole tour bus incident is part of the prosecutions argument

Murder and attempted murder are part of this RICO case so it's very unlikely hes getting the minimum for the conspiracy charge if hes found guilty.

Gunna was initially charged with one count of racketeering.

According to the indictment, he allegedly received stolen property and was in possession of d**** — including methamphetamine, marijuana, and hydrocodone — with the intent to distribute.

He cooperated, admitted YSL was a gang, and took a deal.

As a term of the deal, he has to take the stand if summoned to court and called to testify.

I have no special knowledge of this nor am I approaching this as a stan but tbh I do have a feeling that the prosecution going all out on thug alone might be a bad sign for them. Thug is being charged as a mob boss. He is being ACCUSED of a bunch of crimes he is NOT being charged for. He is being charged for the act.
