Glanville says he believes this is appropriate given the circumstances. He says he’ll ask Steel again at the end of the day if he will divulge the requested information, thus removing the contempt charge.
"We just ask that the court, again, allow both counsels for Mr. Williams to be present when court is in session so we don't delay these proceedings further," Love asked Glanville.
Glanville says defense attorneys received information “in a way that was not lawful.”
"Mr. Steel put himself in this particular position," Glanville told Adams about him having to represent Young Thug without Steel present.
F*** glanville
How can this trial even continue? The judge is literally sitting there asking “How did you obtain this info” in regards to his own illegal actions, thus admitting it happened.
Like what are we doing here?
And says his conduct will be reviewed but that wouldn’t happen for years smh
F***ing scam trial
Max Schardt tells Glanville that they want the transcript of the meeting.
"There was nothing that was improper of the ex-parte conversations," Glanville said.
Steele knew the judge had a meeting with nut, judge asked him to say who told him, he refused and was held in contempt of court
So Steele inferred that the judge had the ex parte communication but didn’t say how he knew bc he didn’t know the exact details?

He won’t say how he knows due to attorney client privilege
Glanville says defense attorneys received information “in a way that was not lawful.”
Them not receiving the info or being present for the info is what is unlawful. He shouldn’t have had to obtain it unlawfully.
Is this judge actually stupid?
So Steele inferred that the judge had the ex parte communication but didn’t say how he knew bc he didn’t know the exact details?
He didn’t want to reveal his source
The judge being able to penalize you for knowing he did something wrong is wild lmfao.
Oh this judge is done for
It’s pretty hard to get a judge in trouble. They might have an easier job calling a mistrial or getting a retrial after the verdict though (I think)
