Hylton argues that the state is showing how Copeland gave one version of events to investigators when he was alone in the interrogation room but now appears to be giving a completely different version now that he is testifying in front of the defendants.
The state begins to ask Woody why did he tell them something different yesterday than the statement he gave the police in 2015
Woody begins to testify that he said whatever he needed to clear his name, he then says he needs a break and the judge denies it

The state has began asking Woody questions about ‘Shel Kel’ who is Nut’s brother
Q: Did you and shel Kel have any issues
Woody: If he still here then nah
Young Thug's luck strat is crazy.
I have never seen the state f*** up so much on a case ever. He might actually beat this.
The jury wasnt present for all that
That’s so f***ed up that they can’t even feel about this during their time deliberating, whenever that may be.. I mean I think as a human being and witnessing that on news medias and stuff after your released.. I think that just will definitely weigh on your mind during the time of decision making no matter the laws.. morally that is f***ed up and good people will know that.
The state went into a series of questions from Woody interview in 2015 with Det. Thorpe
• Woody told him he was in club crucial when Shel Kel and crew approached him and jumped him
•Woody said he was mad about a knot on his head and someone would pay

I feel like saying someone will pay, in a court, during a Rico trial, isnt the wisest thing
Woody left the club after getting jumped and claims he seen ‘Bloody Jay’ and had 2 guys jump bloody Jay
All these events happened days before the murder
Woody responses to all this on the stand have mainly been “I guess” he says he was questioned many times and lied everytime
The state has continued to blitz Woody with questions about his statements to Detective Thorpe
Woody seems to be getting fed up and has a mini outburst
"My whole thing with talking to detective Thorpe was to get him out my face," Copeland said.
Copeland said he didn't know if Donovan Thomas Jr. was in a gang and that he didn't know Thomas personally.
Attorneys Max Schardt and Careton Matthews Sr. both filed motions for a mistrial based on questions Hylton asked Copeland when their client was mentioned.
Both motions were denied.
Before they break for lunch, Brian Steel is bringing up concerns that he has about the way the DA's office appears to be surrounding Copeland whenever he leaves the courtroom.
"What an unfair trial for Mr. Williams," Steel said.
"I've never been interrupted in a court except for this one," Steel said.
"This is crazy. This is like Communist Russia," Steel said.
"This trial has gone a long time. There's a lot of wear and tear but everybody's got to rise above and be a professional advocate," Glanville told Steel and the state.
"There is enough blame to go around for everybody. Can we kind of stop that and draw things kind of forward?" Glanville said.
"Some of the stuff that people say to one another can't be taken back," Glanville said.
Steel is arguing that Copeland is being treated differently with staff from the DA's office surrounding him.
"We have not treated Mr. Copeland any different that we would treat any of our other witness in the state of Georgia," ADA Hylton said.
Hylton argues that it's clear that the state is not coercing Copeland to speak giving his statements during testimony Thursday morning.
Steel's latest motion for a mistrial was denied.
Defense attorneys are talking about a "large individual" that appears to have been in the courtroom looking directly at Copeland during testimony yesterday.
Now, Keith Adams is asking Glanville to remind the state about their reactions that the jury can see.
