Qua was charged with two murders: Donovan Thomas' in 2015 and Shymel Drinks' in 2022. His plea agreement drops the murder charges. He pleads guilty to racketeering conspiracy and gets 20 years in prison, but only serves seven, with the rest on probation.

Quamarvious Nichols plea deal

Two more of Young Thug's codefendants in the YSL RICO case have accepted plea deals, Rolling Stone reports.

On Wednesday (Oct. 29), Rodalius Ryan pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO law. He was sentenced to 10 years, commuted to time served. He is already serving life for a 2019 murder.

Marquavius Huey also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO act and robbery. He was sentenced to 25 years: nine years in custody, nine on probation and five years suspended.

Thug, Deamonte “Yak Gotti” Kendrick and Shannon Stillwell are now the only defendants left on the case.
