Smacked VoodooI got long days lol also the key is to have a large breakfast and scale down your meals as you go through the day. Your dinner should be your lightest meal of the day. Going to bed with a full gut I feel is bad for digestion.
This is very good thinking
I'm also a fan of eating one larger meal early in the day and winding down from there, maybe complemented by a smaller meal to get things started
