The trick is to pick up the food but cancel the order before you mark it as picked up. Then some other f*** will come to pick it up and the restaurant will have to make it again. you get the food and it all goes pretty much undetected. Unlikely that the restaurant can/will report you.
Unless it's fast food where no one gives af why would the restaurant not report it and just remake the food? They're losing money by remaking the order.
