    SHAQUILLE

A rapper of futures level should be going platinum at a minimum.

    Drake does
    Kendrick does
    Cole does

Imagine going three/four years and counting without a platinum record.
Imagine using bundles and still coming up short of your projections. And you all give him the top 3 claim?

Missing the point but you bro so

The guy that frequently collabs with Future Vandross doesn’t even put him in the convo

    How so

I think future checks those boxes what do you want me to say lol

Album making is the most important aspect of music to me. And I think future does it better. And has been since 09.

Cole was using other peoples songs on bloated mixtapes in those days.

    Tf is a “Cole apologist”

Did he commit war crimes that I am not aware of.

Dude posts more about cole than artists he actually listens to

    Pretty pathetic

I instantly regretted it. Gotta let the hate go.

Not really hate. Just frustrated that he won’t make the album he’s capable of making.

Also don’t be mad about that goal line stand bud.

    56 Nights
    DS2
    HNDRXX
    Monster

And I don’t even think those are debatable

I’d also personally say save me and WIZRD are as well

If we include mixtapes in here FNL, WU, TY, FHD then the only I think going to batting is DS2, HNDRXX and Monster

So using other people beats on a..... mixtape is wrong ?

But he doesnt check those boxes more then cole does, explain why future does if you heavily disagree

Future been using the same formula since 2015 bro and recently bloating his albums so it's funny u call cole out on that

Why did you only use a proportion?

Future has 5 platinum albums. How many does Cole have

proportional comparisons are much more fair when comparing popularity of artists because they prevent numbers from being fudged because one artists simply releases a far larger amount of music than the other

5/13 of his projects that could go platinum are platinum, including collaborative efforts

6/6 of Cole’s projects that could go platinum are platinum, including collaborative efforts

so not only does Coke have a higher proportion of platinum projects in his commercial discography (38% vs 100%), he also has the raw advantage

I’m not seeing how stuff like Honest Monster Beast Mode and HNDRXX follow the same formula.

From ds2 onward it's been following a formula with the only standouts being hndrxx and save me

Actually Future’s numbers have kinda been getting smaller. DS2 is still his second best selling album first week, and High Iff Life only edged it out by 2k units. His growth as a commercial artist is basically nonexistent compared to the commercial growth of his contemporaries

2 stand outs in that time isn’t too bad for me. You didn’t like WIZRD? May be my favorite “bloated” streaming era album.
