I remember after Wizrd (2019) dropped, Future was talking about how it was the last album on his deal and he was going to have some kind of new deal.

Well, it looks like Wizrd, Save Me (2019) and High Off Life (2020) were all released via Epic and Freebandz.

Any ideas what happened? Maybe he just re-upped his existing deal?

An advance can be very good or very bad depending on the artist tbh... plus it also depends on other factors like the labels share of pub and royalties

A future level artist probably just takes the 50 and gives them all the streaming

I mean 50 mil is 50 mil regardless. Fewtch is a huge artist so like he will pay it off eventually but still I couldnt see many artist being able to make that back plus the interest in their payback period
