I’ve read into the case a little bit and it seems like the main ringleaders of it were really the people in his circle, not Herb himself. he probably Knew about it while it was happening, but I honestly don’t think he has been surviving the past few years from committing fraud, especially when you realize he’s been mostly independent and makes more revenue from his music than most musicians.
