yeah they try to emulate the old days but they act like they're afraid to offend people and play it safe a lot, part of it might be that they aren't internet only and air on TV too, plus they don't wanna use that sponsor money that's helping them stay afloat, idk what the future holds but when IGN basically has the majority of gaming content news and entertainment on lock, it's kinda hard to find their space in it all, I imagine most viewers are people that watched the og channel back in the day along with people that are fans of some of the new hosts and guests

Ehhh people should check out the videos the individual people do. Like the videos posted on Twitter aren't watered down. Like The Black Hokage did a series of videos where he hunt down the person that made crackdown trash. It's a lot of cursing, innuendos, race jokes, etc. G4 gives it's people a lot more creativity. It's just that the TV side has to be watered down.
