I just finished GOT for the first time, whoever said season 8 and the ending sucked is trash. This ended perfectly. The writers made us as viewers realize how derailed we were by Dany’s true image. Absolutely amazing ending

Real as f***. Danny’s infatuation with the throne was borderline psychotic for basically the show’s entire run. Once she found out she was a fraudulent heir, the whole thing rightfully got flipped on its head.
