The Witcher 3 was always a big one for me. I have 15-20 hours played so far and usually about once a year I’ll go back and play a couple more. There’s nothing about it I actively dislike, but it never sucks me in like I hope it will.
Armored core 6 is another one, but according to my friend I stopped right before one of the best missions in the game. So maybe I just have to go back and give it another try.
I hate the hunt so much. The gameplay is awful, it’s like the game is actively fighting against you playing it. Dope concept tho
Alan wake 2 and the robocop game. Backlog whoopin my ass and I’m waiting for sales on those
I bought FF7 Rebirth and played a bit up to Chapter 2 overworld stuff…but I really wanted to finish Persona 3 Reload since I already was halfway through that game, so I prioritized that first. I’m horrible with playing multiple games at once, especially JRPGs. I finished Reload, but I still haven’t fully dove back into FF7 yet because I’ve developed a crippling addiction to Tekken 8 lmao. I 100% will get into FF7 soon though.
As far as like a franchise I really want to sink my teeth into…it’s been Zelda & Soulsborne. I played Links Awakening last year and really enjoyed it, but been slacking ever since. Soulsborne always looked really dope to me and for how little I played of DS3 & Elden Ring they seem like games I would really want to commit to

Hoping a video game would suck you in
Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order - wanted a fun jedi simulator but the movement is clunky, parry timings are inconsistent, it has the most confusing map I've seen in a game, limited force powers and there's a general janky feeling throughout the game. Don't know why they tried to make a Souls Jedi game
Yakuza 0 - Finished the game but it was tough for me to get into. Didn't know the combat was so brawler esque and the presentation was inconsistent. There's 3 different types of cutscenes, sometimes the lines are voice acted, sometimes they're not. Also didn't like how long cutscenes are. Solid game but I don't see what everyone else does
Persona 5 - Again, I finished it but I feel like it's overrated. I had a 150 hour playthrough, by the end I was fast forwarding through dialogue because there's so many unnecessary anime grunts and EVERYONE in the group needs to have a reaction The plot also doesn't really make sense. I like the incorporation of real psychology concepts but it felt like the writers just did whatever they wanted
Off the top of my head - Shin Megami Tensei. My homie is a massive fan of the series and it seems really interesting. Just haven't found the time for it.

Robocop is fire, def recommend

Took me about 5 tries to get into it and play consistently. Everytime I'd play a lil, get bored then forget the controls so skip it but once I got through those initial missions around the baron quest it gets good. With that said I bought the dlc because I liked it so much and haven't played it since
Cyberpunk atm but I haven't given it a proper chance. Just keep playing other things when I start gaming
Hogwarts legacy. I tried liking it but it's just a borefest. Felt no connection to any of the characters
