gaza is now a 100% palestinian population but it's more of a big refugee camp than a proper entity. Netanyahu has been trying to empty it and get the land back for a while now

Hamas attacked from Gaza killing 300+ people and taking hostages back to Gaza. So I'm guessing that's why the focus is there.

The “Palestinian” Authority runs the West Bank. The PA are lapdogs of the “israeli” state, and help them crush dissent and enable their colonial project. Gaza on the other hand is de facto ran by Hamas, who are much more militant
