Yea, but what's more important is the current Western influence on those countries. A lot of those countries seem to be slowly removing themselves from it though... in BRICS or wanting to be invited in it or increasing ties with non-Western nations. I feel like a lot of the global south are still too tied to the West. Self-preservation of your country is most important. While they may want to do something...it can't be at the expense of losing their country or starting more war.
