its genuinely pretty worrying that they may honestly consider deploying nuclear weapons. the initial US statement on the conflict said that they told them usage was unacceptable, meaning it was already proposed in conversation at one point. they also almost used nuclear weapons during the yom kippur war. it is genuinely a scary thought

ChangeofheartI find it hard to believe that Israel didn’t know about this attack before hand. I wouldn’t be surprised if they let it happen, just so they can have justification to obliterate Gaza.
What I wonder is why hamas choose to attack knowing this would likely be the response? Maybe they know or just hope other countries will join the war?
