Stantm4444I’m loving this tbh. Eazy’s raps were plateauing the past few years. It’s good to hear him clearly motivated to make music and show a new level of vulnerability. Could the indie instrumentation have had more variety? Yeah. Is Eazy’s vocals impressive? Hell no, but I prefer it when my artists are actually creative and not keeping it safe for 💰
agreed, after When It's Dark Out it seemed like the These Things Happen sound (which is basically a combo of Trilogy & Nothing Was The Same) kinda became stale, The Beautiful & The Damned was mostly trash and I didn't bother listening to the last EP, this has me interested and I'd like to see him further explore this style
